About Me

I’m an LA based FX makeup artist and body painter, born and raised in Chicago. In 2012, I completed a full spectrum makeup program at Cinema Makeup School, where I developed a strong foundation in beauty, character, and special effects. I have 15 years experience as a makeup artist for film, television, red carpet events, live and immersive events, e-comm and commercial shoots, and just about everything in between in the form of hospitality and service.

I’m especially passionate about character design and fascinated by the way makeup can enhance a characters story. I think it’s a wonderful tool and I think that the makeup/product choices can bring a sense of authenticity and realism to the screen. Every product, texture, color, and detail can help shape a character and establish their world.

I love collaborating with directors, performers, designers, and fellow creatives to develop looks that not only serve the story, but help bring a shared vision to life.
